Do you take my insurance?
Our new clinic is in the process of credentialing with various insurances panels, including Medicare. This takes anywhere from 1-3 months. We look forward to being able to bill insurance in the future. A list of accepted insurances is coming soon! For now, we are private (cash, check, card) pay only. We can provide a detailed receipt for you to self-submit the claim to your insurance.
Do I need a Costco membership?
We are independent from Costco and you do not need a membership to have your eye exam with us. However, you do need a Costco membership if you intend to buy glasses or contact lenses from the optical.
